Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship worldwide — because every girlie deserves some Zrabayaluxe sparkle.
However, we do not ship to high-risk or restricted countries like Somalia, Syria, Afghanistan, North Korea, and others. You can find the full list in our Shipping Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 2–5 business days, Domestic orders: 2–4 business days, International orders: 10–21 business days (customs delays may apply) We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless you receive a damaged item due to our error.
If that happens, email us at zrabayaluxe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo proof.
Can I gift an order to someone?
Absolutely! Zrabayaluxe makes the perfect gift. Just add their shipping address at checkout and feel free to leave a note in the order.
Are your abayas true to size?
Yes, our abayas follow standard sizing. Each product page includes size details to help you choose the best fit. If you're unsure, feel free to email us, we're happy to guide you!

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help! Email us ASAP at zrabayaluxe@gmail.com. Once it's shipped, we can no longer make changes.
